Hoping that now everything would be fine I got dissappointed with some error messages.Īfter extracting, the "Verifying Files" stage came and there I got several error messages. I downloaded the newest version and to really make sure that I have EVERYTHING, I just selected all and installed again, this time it didn't take me over 6 hours, this time it only took 3 hours and 20 minutes. The program Pacifist is supposed to be the good and quick solution for this. This midday I tried out Logic and was immediately amazed coming from Cubase Studio 4.īut pretty quickly I encountered two bugs, one bug was that 1 midi region didn't play and I had to restart the project only then it would play again, the other bug is about missing files e.g presets/instruments, now I know this issue is a broad issue, and I've done my research trying to fix this problem. Now as my first bigger Application I installed Logic Studio 8.0.2, which took me 6 hours and 25 minutes from yesterday over the night till today. I always was a watcher around here, now I have a reason to register. Two days ago my iMac arrived and I learnt to use OSx pretty quickly actually, I never liked Windows anyway, so it was no pain for me, it was more of a positive experience.
